Located in the heart of Capitol State Forest, you will find close to 600 acres of legacy forests growing on the slopes of the mountain nick-named "Fuzzy Top".  These vibrant and biologically diverse forests contain ancient standing dead snags, dense carpets of oxalis (sorrel), and large 95-year old Douglas fir.
