Tiger Mountain Group Walk with UW's The Lodge

The Legacy Forest Defense Coalition is excited to co-host this group outing with The Lodge, a newly formed student organization at the University of Washington that is bridging the gaps between environmental law, policy, and science.

Learn from LFDC Executive Director Stephen Kropp and guest speakers from a range of backgrounds while hiking to an at-risk native forest on Tiger Mountain. The forest is currently slated for logging in the Department of Natural Resources (DNR)’s “Red Osier” timber sale, which is scheduled for auction in the summer of 2027. Experience firsthand the biodiversity at stake!
