About the event

Celebrate a forest saved with LFDC and friends! Located on the ancestral lands of the Snoqualmie Tribe in southern Tiger Mountain State Forest, the controversial South Paw timber sale was officially canceled last year following sustained opposition from the Snoqualmie Tribe and concerned residents. Experience the forest firsthand and get involved in the campaign to protect Tiger Mountain.

When: Saturday, July 25th from 11am–3pm

Where: Tiger Mountain Trailhead at the SOUTHERN end of Tiger Mountain State Forest https://maps.app.goo.gl/amqiZytn3nMwaExa9

What: Approximately 3 miles roundtrip, 100% on trail, with ~750 feet of elevation gain
