On Sunday, March 1st, join LFDC and friends for some pre-spring cleaning in Capitol State Forest!
When: Sunday, March 1st, 2026 from 11am–3:30pm
Where: We'll meet at 11am at the Waddell Creek Trailhead (Motorcycle ATV)* in Capitol State Forest before driving to the forest. What: This cleanup event will entail walking off-trail (with some very light bushwhacking) while picking up trash. Please bring water, snacks, shoes to hike in, gloves, and the appropriate layers in case of rain. Trash bags and containers will be provided.
